		<title>Thermosafe - ATEX certified drum heater - </title>
		<link>http://www.biofuelsystems.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=49</link>
<description>Thermosafe - ATEX certified induction heater for 205 litre (45 ImpGal / 55 USGal) or smaller steel drums. [E x II 2 GD E ex e II T3(170°C)]Highly efficient energy transfer by alternating magnetic field - there is no heat transfer by the conventional and inefficient means of radiation or convection. Physical contact is not required, and as there are no hot elements, the heater remains substantially cooler than the drum being heated. SAFETY: The complete absence of hot elements and the encapsulation of all electrical components enables unattended use, overnight if required. Thermosafe can even be used in hazardous areas Zones 1 and 2, as the heater is unique in possessing full BASEEFA/ATEX certification. Uniform heating without hot spots reduces the risk of product degradation. Accidental spillage does not present a fire hazard and personnel can work comfortably in close proximity. Together, these features allow material to be heated at point of use, thus eliminating the transport of hot drums. EFFICIENCY: The low system temperature and lack of unwanted heat transfer contribute to the high efficiency of the induction heater. Power usage is extremely low at only 2.25kW. The heaters have won several awards for efficiency and productivity. Independent figures indicate energy savings of over 50% when compared with conventional radiant drum heaters, and more than 90% in comparison with drum ovens. SPEED: By using the entire drum wall to input energy, the fastest practical heating rate can be achieved without product degradation. Heating times will depend on the contents of the drum, but to give a rough idea, the rate of temperature rise of a typical viscous organic liquid will be about 15 °C per hour. The speed is further improved by the instant initial response of induction heating. Typically, Thermosafe has proved to be 2 to 4 times faster than ovens.CLEANLINESS: With ingress protection to IP66, smooth surfaces and no moving parts, the induction heaters are ideal for use in clean environments. They can even be hosed down during use.

		<title>Baynox Solution - Biodiesel Stabilizer - 1000 litres - </title>
		<link>http://www.biofuelsystems.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=31</link>
<description>Baynox® Solution Biodiesel Stabilizer is suitable for making biodiesel storage-stable

Baynox® prevents the premature oxidation of unsaturated fatty acid esters in biodiesel and hence the formation of highly volatile compounds and corrosive carboxylic acids as well as preventing the early formation of polymerized and cross-linked biodiesel gums.
The recommended use concentration is 0.2 - 1.0 % l/l
Baynox Solution Biodiesel Stabilizer does not have a corrosive action on metals and combusts without residue.
It is not a hazardous material and does not require labeling in line with the Regulations on Hazardous Substances
It is not subject to the Regulations on Flammable Liquids (VbF)

Baynox® is a specially manufactured, highly concentrated solution of the distilled, high-purity active ingredient dissolved in very high purity RME biodiesel. The active substance does not have a corrosive action on ferrous metals. When cooled to temperatures below 0 ºC the active ingredient may crystallize out. This does not constitute any loss in action. The active ingredient can be re-dissolved by warming and gently stirring. The active ingredient content is set at 20% g/l. This means that measuring out is easily done by measuring the volume. 1 litre Baynox Solution Biodiesel Stabilizer corresponds to 200 g active ingredient.

		<title>Tank vent dryer - 50Kg desiccant capacity - </title>
		<link>http://www.biofuelsystems.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=286</link>
		<description>Tank vent dryer
Desiccant breathers remove condensation from the airspace above the fluid as well as removing atmospheric moisture from the air that enters the container as the fluid is decanted.
Unit is sited in-line with tank vent / breather. Designed to be floor mounted.
Why use a tank vent dryer&apos;
Biodiesel is hygroscopic and readily adsorbs atmospheric moisture. This can cause several problems including:
Water causes breakdown of biodiesel by hydrolytic degradation
Reduced heat of combustion leading to reduced power, more smoke and harder starting
Corrosion of fuel system components
Raised cloud point, cold filter plugging point and freeze point of some types of biodiesel
Accelerated microbial growth and consequent fuel spoilage
Also recommended for containers of other moisture sensitive substances such as methanol and sodium hydroxide.
Specification:
Contains 50Kg of desiccant
Adsorbtion capacity 7.5Kg
Air Drying Capacity 500m3
Max air flow rate ~ 4136 l/min (250m3/hr)
Operating temperature -20°C to +55°C
Mounts to 2&quot; bore pipework with 125lb ANSI flanges
Overall dimensions 560 x 520mm x 495mm height
Moisture indicating desiccant is orange when active and turns green when saturated. Desiccant is not carcinogenic. It can either be reactivated or inexpensively replaced.
Key features:
Quick and easy to install
Visual colour change
Prevent product contamination
Rechargeable
No energy requirements
Constant protection
Provide full weather protection
Minimise pressure differentials
Reduced odour emissions
For applications with flammable liquids, desiccant drum dryers will assist in flame suppression and reduce the build up of ignitbale vapours

		<title>Tank vent dryer - 22.4Kg desiccant capacity - </title>
		<link>http://www.biofuelsystems.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=285</link>
		<description>Tank vent dryer
Desiccant breathers remove condensation from the airspace above the fluid as well as removing atmospheric moisture from the air that enters the container as the fluid is decanted.
Unit is sited in-line with tank vent / breather. Designed to be floor mounted.
Why use a tank vent dryer&apos;
Contains 22.4Kg of desiccant
Adsorbtion capacity 3.36Kg
Air Drying Capacity 225m3
Max air flow rate ~ 1897 l/min (114m3/hr)
Operating temperature -20°C to +55°C
Mounting thread 2&quot; BSPP
Overall dimensions 400 x 360mm x 555mm height
Moisture indicating desiccant is orange when active and turns green when saturated. Desiccant is not carcinogenic. It can either be reactivated or inexpensively replaced.
Key features:
Quick and easy to install
Visual colour change
Prevent product contamination
Rechargeable
No energy requirements
Constant protection
Provide full weather protection
Minimise pressure differentials
Reduced odour emissions
For applications with flammable liquids, desiccant drum dryers will assist in flame suppression and reduce the build up of ignitbale vapours

		<title>Tank vent dryer - 1.4Kg desiccant capacity - </title>
		<link>http://www.biofuelsystems.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=282</link>
		<description>Tank vent dryer
Desiccant breathers remove condensation from the airspace above the fluid as well as removing atmospheric moisture from the air that enters the container as the fluid is decanted.
Unit is sited in-line with tank vent / breather and can be wall mounted.
Why use a tank vent dryer&apos;
Contains 1.4Kg of desiccant
Adsorbtion capacity 210g
Air Drying Capacity 9m3
Max air flow rate ~410 l/min (24.6m3/hr)
Operating temperature -20°C to +55°C
Mounting thread 1/2&quot; BSPP
Overall dimensions 174 x 146mm x 228mm height
Moisture indicating desiccant is orange when active and turns green when saturated. Desiccant is not carcinogenic. It can either be reactivated or inexpensively replaced.
Key features:
Quick and easy to install
Visual colour change
Prevent product contamination
Rechargeable
No energy requirements
Constant protection
Provide full weather protection
Minimise pressure differentials
Reduced odour emissions
For applications with flammable liquids, desiccant drum dryers will assist in flame suppression and reduce the build up of ignitbale vapours

Baynox® Solution Biodiesel Stabilizer is suitable for making biodiesel storage-stable

The active ingredient content is set at 2
