Lightnin ECL M6 SB 150C - ATEX certified 1.5kW Flameproof top entry tank mixer
Designed for efficient mixing of biodiesel process chemicals for tank sizes upto 10000 litres. Maximum SG difference <0.25 and Viscosity <1500cps. ATEX certified Ex II 2 G Ex ck IIC Tx. 316 stainless steel wetted parts (subject to client approval).

Key features
Cast aluminium gear housing - maximum strength and stiffness

Bearings and gears are grease lubricated and sealed for life to ensure maintenance free and trouble free operation
Motor is spigot mounted directly onto the speed reducer to ensure consistent alignment of the high speed coupling. A flexible motor coupling is used to connect the electric motor to the input shaft of the planetary gear in order to dampen out shock torsional loads and increase motor bearing life
All openings are fitted with guards in accordance with current EU Directives
All units in the Lightnin ECL Range carry the CE mark in accordance with European Community Legislation and are ATEX certified where appropriate.

Note: These mixers can be fitted with 3 gear types (1:1, 5:1 or 6:1) Additionally motor input speed can be varied and changes can be made to the shaft and impellers etc. to accommodate different tank ratios / geometries. Tailored mixers can be provided - generally for the same price - if the customised solution falls within the design parameters... Please include the basic tank size and geometry (i.e. shape, orientation, height & diameter) in the additional information section of your order. If the mixer is not intended for a biodiesel application, please provide the process details as we can almost certainly provide a tailored mixing solution to suit!
